Maybe..... sometimes your penis grows in length as you grow in height, but your dick may be done growing, while your body is not... when i hit my final growth spurt, i grew about 4 inches, and my dick grew from 6.5 to 7 inches. Me and my best friend have been friends for 7 years so we compare, masturbate, etc..... whenever he hit his final growth spurt, growing about 6-7 inches, his dick stayed about 6.5 inches
