I'm 13 and 1/2, 1 meter and 55 cm's tall, I'm the third smallest in class (by height) and when we have PE class I look at my classmates in the changing rooms. Everyone's ripped, has huge muscles and abs. Can y'all please, please tell me what to do so I can gain some muscles fast, and not look like a complete loser? And don't give me this "you're too young and it's too dangerous" crap, I need to be ripped ASAP. BTW, I can hardly do more than 5 push-ups, I have no access to dumbbells and gyms. Can someone give me an exercise list that I can do at home (I'm kind of weak if that helps) to get muscles fast?

Well, I know for a fact the diet is soemthing you also have to take care of. You need complete proteins; these are found in eggs, meat, fish, cheese, milk and most other animal products. The rule is that you need between 1 and 1.5 times your body weight measured in POUNDS in grams of protein. Some other tips are to include carbohydrates and not skip breakfast. To work out, you want to start with a series of maybe 10 push ups, abs, etc and rest for 30 seconds. Repeat for 10 to 20 minutes and add 2, or 1 push up, abs, etc every day.

Good luck man

Let it sink into your mind that it won't be an overnight thing.

you could start with eating good, which generally is a good thing & helps keep the body fat low for your abs to actually show. And then start by doing basic bodyweight exercises, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats, etc. proper form of course, look them up.

You can start by doing your max reps for pushups(in this case 5),rest for 1-2minutes and then try doing 5 again, rest and then do 3 more reps. Do this every other day and increase the repetitions as the resistance is easier. Push ups are easy to progress with, you might find yourself being able to do 30 in no time.

For pull-ups,if you can't do a normal pull-up yet,do eccentric pull-ups.

Honestly at 13 doing bodyweight exercises alone is great, once you hit 15-16 you could take it up a notch and have a go on going to the gym if you want to. Just keep in mind that when you're 13 your testosterone levels are low,so if you don't pack on muscle mass don't get discouraged. Once you're 15-16 you'll be good,it's all on puberty, lol.

When I was 13/14 Iwas lyk u. I had a small girlish face, puny body, limbs were virtual sticks and I was bullied too....I was working out with cardio too and did not see much development....Then I gave up and hit carbs and milk hard...I had whole cans of milk and tins of condensed milk...this had reuslts by 16 I had filled out, waist gone from 25 in to 36, face has plumped up and not girlish anymore, thighs are chunky and now the rub together!!!, I got a nice bubble butt too....and I have gone from 48 kg to 65 kg at 5 foot 11....I worked out a bit too, just to keep me toned but mostly ate my way up.....downside is I have a hint of a tummy roll, cannot run etc like when I was skinny, and have sm man-boobies....But I really enjoy my chunky body to my skinny body I used to have.....so says my GF also.

You could try using protein powder. I use chocolate flavored soy protein and mix it into almond milk. It doesn't taste nearly as bad as everyone says, and it's like 20g of protein a scoop. Drink it before or after a workout and it'll really speed things up.
