Ok so basically i have suffered from premature ejaculation for as long as i could remember. If i try to masturbate, i have to hold what i guess is my pc muscles in order to feel any sensation. But if i keep going i could ejaculate within 5 seconds. If i dont hold my pc muscles and i keep going, it takes a while to actually start feeling anything then once i do feel anything, it takes another 5 seconds before i ejaculate. I dont know what to do anymore. I am already 18 years old and i thought maybe this problem would fix itself and it hasnt. And please do not tell me to wait it off anymore cause i have waited plenty and i know this problem is not going away.
I really want to be able to tell one of my parents about this so then maybe they could take me to a doctor to see if there is something wrong with me. I am just so scared to tell them something like this. Something so embarrassing and maybe even inappropriate. I dont know what to do anymore and i need all the help i can get.
What do you guys think?

I don't think there is much a doctor can do, as far as I know there isn't any kind of cure for PE, maybe you can talk to your dad if you are comfortable, and he can give some suggestions on that, or help you do some research. I wouldn't be comfortable with my dad, but that's my best suggestion.

There has to be something a doctor can do about this. This issue is so stressful to me. Does anyone else have anything in mind as to what i should do?

When you talk about "feeling anything" it sounds to me like you are talking about the sensation of being about to ejaculate, called the point of no return. Yes, there is a sudden increase of sensation at that point as you begin the process that ends with orgasm and ejaculation and from that point the sensation should quickly increase reaching the climax of orgasm.
Stroking before you get to that point is not going to be as intense as the feelings close to orgasm but you should feel something and it should be pleasurable. If it isn't then try adjusting your technique until it is. Try relaxing, try going slower, faster, with/without lube etc. and, at least once, try to remove all other distractions so you can be completely in touch with what you are feeeling.
If after all that you have made no progress then a visit to the doctor may be in order. There may be a physical problem but the majority of cases of premature ejaculation are about conditioning and are "in the head" and nothing to do with the gentitals.

There are probably some types of doctors out their, i know your 18+ now. This is few thing you should look for before looking for medical help:
When premature ejaculation (PE) happens so frequently that it interferes with your sexual pleasure, it becomes a medical problem requiring the care of a doctor. To understand the problem, the doctor will need to ask questions about your sexual history such as the following:
How often does the PE occur?
How long have you had this problem?
Is the problem specific to one partner? Or does it happen with every partner?
Does PE occur with all or just some attempts at sexual relations?
How much stimulation results in PE?
What type of sexual activity (i.e., foreplay, masturbation, intercourse, use of visual clues, etc.) is engaged in and how often?
How has PE affected sexual activity?
What is the quality of your personal relationships?
How does PE affect your quality of life?
Are there any factors that make PE worse or better (i.e., drugs, alcohol, etc.)?
I hope this helps, but seek help if you feel the need to!
More information that might help you is located on: http://www.urologyhealth.org/urology/index.cfm?article=122
And Finally you should do what you feel comfortable with, but if it gets to an extreme state of depression, etc. My best advice is to seek help.

I have tried to take it slow and it doesn't work. If i go slow, i dont really feel anything at all and it is not pleasurable. The only thing i feel is the 5 seconds before i ejaculate. This happens every time i masturbate. And i just turned 18. I am not sure if i how to go about going to a doctor by myslef. Dont they need insurance things and how much does it cost. I dont want to go to my local pediatrician cause my mom works there. I wouldnt even know what kind of doctor to go to.

Maybe if you try really hard to practice to hold off from nutting that might do justice, but if not live with it and excel in other thing like pussy eating, and fingering and the art of foreplay! And like I've said in another thread when you nut don't stop sex, do another thing until you get hard again and then go back to fucking...the key is longevity and it's all in the mind to keep going
