When my exams get closer i have this constant urge to eat more, and i all ways can't sleep at night, nothing helps. Is it puberty making me stressed? I'm so confused.

stress eating is a common way to relieve the stress of school or anything else. i feel like it could be puberty too, depending on exactly what is going on... but i don't think there is that much to worry about here. look up ways to help go to sleep, there are lots of them.

I had stress for the first 2 years of high school because at that point everything in my life was changing and I ate a lot then which caused me to put on 6 stone. Then in year 10-11 I put on another 2 stone and another 2 stone in college. Altogether I put on 10 stone and I'm 20 stone now because of all of the stress eating and because some of my anxiety issues seem to be getting worse all the time I don't think I'm ever going to get better.

Anything that causes you stress will make you eat more, but I'm not 100% sure about the sleeping problem, I've always seemed to have problems sleeping as I drink a hella lot of caffeine but wouldn't be too sure about everything else.

Yeah, it's normal. You're getting nervous. Maybe you're a nervous eater? I eat a lot when I watch things on Netflix and things get really tense lol I can't sleep much, myself, but I know that if you get nervous or you are excited about something, you won't be able to sleep much.

I really struggle with sleep when it comes to exams too. I guess it's a combination of stress and anticipation, as well as obviously nervousness. Just try to stay calm, and relax. As for eating, that's normal too. Eating a few biscuits with a mug of hot chocolate always helps me sleep, while also satisfying my hunger. Both problems solved for me :)
