It may just be precum. Sometimes to have to clean up afterwards, you've effectively had the full experience of cumming, just whilst asleep, so you have Ur "white goo" everywhere.

It could be either cum (i.e. a wet dream) or pre-cum, i.e. just a case of having a prolonged sexy dream but short of actually cumming. Just like when awake you would expect a prolonged period of arousal to result in pre-cum.

If you are near the start of puberty and don't produce much cum anyway then it is hard to tell which it is. If you know you produce plenty of cum when you ejaculate while awake, enough that you'd need to clean it up, then unless there is evidence it has dried up of it's own accord this does sound like pre-cum.
