Here's the context, there's a girl I went out with for nearly 2 years. I was her first love. We broke up because we had a lot of fights and disagreements. We broke up around mid-February, 1 month and a half after the day we broke up, we stopped talking to each other. I’m going on with my life and so is she.

We started living together at my parents’ house during the last year of our relationship, so we got pretty close.

I would like to ask how a first love affects a girl, we also lost our virginity to each other.

If during the summer, I would like to chase her back, what are the odds of it to work?

Love affects everyone differently. I mean, with some people, you just have to move on, no ifs ands or buts. With some, if you give them space, you can repair things. It depends on why you broke up, really.

You can't really expect us to give you a reliable answer to that. Love affects everyone differently (nice one, Ren. Quote of the day). But judging from the reason why you broke up, I honestly don't see why would she take you back. I mean, if I know that girl and she asks me my opinion, I'd tell her not to take you back. It's just not worth it, right? Why go through them stressful times all over again?

First love is always the most memorable. But it doesn't mean it's the one closest to our ideal true love.

Quote of the day, Ren. ;)

First love does not always imply true love...a true love can make a first love forgotten. ;)
