I have a beautiful girlfriend and we are close and honestly love each other very much, she isn't really interested in sex but I am ,only for us and to take us to an even closer level, how/should I even ask her for it? Or should I at all?

Well, you'd need to express your concerns to her in a friendly manner that doesn't seem like you're demanding sex, the best thing to do in any relationship situation, is to communicate with each other. Maybe she isn't ready, rather than not being interested, some people just take time to get/want to go to that level. Unless it's a huge deal and is effecting your relationship, I don't think sex should be a massive thing. But again, communicate with her.

first of all if u guys can't have a common opinion on this . u should not even be going out . u have to know if ur ok with what she's interested in sex or if she's ok with what ur interested before . not after being married , imagine she says she doesn't like having sex . unless dressed as a pony. just an example . u should have known this before, express ur feeling and if she's just not ready then wait a bit /talk about it . but if she wants to wait until marriage and u don't /then I would suggest ending it here .
