me and my grandma had another fight and while she didnt hurt me she used to be abusive she acted like she was gona hit me and then i couldnt calm down im still so upset i dnt know what to do i cant feel happy all i can feel is just numb sad and scared im just so sick of being scared and guilty and upset when i dnt do anything or maybe i did im just sick of it

Do you need to be around her all the time? Get away from her hun it looks like she's your trigger. When you're triggered by one little thing it sorta starts a domino effect inside your head and you start thinking/feeling/blaming yourself about a whole lot of other stuffs. Hang in there, alright? x

thx i do my best to stay away we live together though but shes being nice tonight and i guess next time ill just have to be alittle braver
