What's it mean to have outer lip vagina and what's it mean to have an inner one just wondering

I don't know for use, but it assume it refers to whichever lips have the most deffinition? Like if the area visible is mostly the outer lips, it's be a no outer, and if the inner show, it's be an inner?
or maybe its whether the lips come out or just lie flat or something
I don't know, seemed to make sense in my head

it means that the inner lips are longer and they looks out of your closed vag - these are "outies", the "innies" you can only see when you open your vagina
