I think it's perfectly okay to kiss with a friend just to see what it's like and simply for fun. You can love a buddy and kiss him without it being a serious thing or a homosexual thing. My cousin and I are really close, have absolutely nothing sexual between us and he's totally straight, but he's given me a peck on the lips many times. He's just playful like that.

well here's how things went with my bestie who i've known since the third grade. he was already doing things like put his arm around my shoulder or stroke my arm with his fingertips, run his fingers through my hair and stuff like that now and then. so i mean i knew he felt affectionate with me. so him wanting to kiss was no surprise. and: "a true friend is someone who knows everything about you and loves you anyways".
