I didn't notice any change in the penis size but with my balls I did. When it's cold they're small but when it's hot they're hanging.

When it's really cold or I've just gotten out of the pool, my penis is probably like 1 inch flaccid and my balls are practically nonexistent. When I'm in a hot shower for a while, I'd say my penis is 2 to maybe 2.5 inches long flaccid and my balls probably hang about 3.5 inches down. My penis is 4 inches long when I'm fully erect and maybe a little bit longer when I flex it.
