Help -Cant Poop after Anal

Me and my friend were messing around last week and it ended up with him doing Anal on me. Well it went OK but the problem is i havnt pooped since then. I feeel really bloated and yukky but I cant go.

I have tried eating fruit and stuff but still havnt gone. If I tell my mum and end up getting a suppository or she takes me to the doctor is there any way they will be able to tell I have had sex.

No there will be no evidence of you having sex but I've never really heard of that symptom

So, basically it seems you have compacted the faeces so now it will not move along the rectum easily. Eating fibre in the form of fruit/veg etc. would increase the pressure coming upstream from the rest of the digestive system. If that doesn't work then some form of laxative may be required. Here in the UK some are available from the pharmacy without prescription and some need a doctors prescription.

You should be able to talk to the doctor or pharmacist in privacy even if your mum has to to take you there in the first place. You don't have to tell your mum how you come to be constipated and there are a variety of causes other than sex. It may be a good idea to tell the doctor though as it may help him with the correct treatment.
