Well, I'm currently sitting on the bathroom floor with cuts all up my wrist...
I did something I promised someone I would never do and now I just feel so bad, I feel i deserve even worse than just a few cuts on my wrist for what i did. :'(
I'm actually having suicidal thoughts. Cutting actually helped a little though I'm really still not sure what to do. :'(

Aw, love, I'm so sorry. It's just one of those days, huh? :( here's what I can say: so right now you know that person is probably upset because you broke your promise. Would they come up and tell you "you deserve even worse for what you did"? Would they let you cut? I'm not guilt-tripping you here. I'm trying to prevent you from cutting again.

Your only enemy is yourself. That is why you can't give up. Each guilt you feel is a blow delivered by that other side of your heart. So forgive yourself for cutting today. It's alright, what's done is done. Forgive yourself for breaking your promise today. Hey ho you're only human. The more you accept yourself, the sooner this mental craze would end. Good luck, love x

Dont let guilt get you down. Everyone has setbacks, find someone you know in real life who can speak to you about all this. Support from friends can make a huge difference.

This actually helped a fair bit, that's actually a really great way of looking at it.. Thank you so much.
Now in my room kind of just laying here looking on this forum to distract my mind until I can attempt to solve the situation... Hopefully all goes well. :/

I don't overly have any close friends who I would be comfortable talking about anything like that with. Most which are 'close' i would be scared to tell such things, due to fear of abandonment (BPD>.>), usually this results in me sort of just keeping everything to myself and hoping it somehow all works out okay. I thought of talking to my mother about it, though have no clue how I would approach her for such a conversation.

what about: "Mom, I need to speak to you about something. You might not like hearing it, because I don't like to hear it myself. But it'd help a lot if you don't freak out."

I think you need someone to speak to. It really gets harder when you're fighting solo.

Could try something like that I guess..
Really need to find a time when Dad's not around first though, don't overly want him knowing about the self harm.

can you ask her to take you to some quiet, cozy cafe and speak there? When you're home with someone you don't like to talk to, it gets frustrating. What if you're in the middle of your talk and he comes home? =\

I was thinking of doing something like that, it's 9pm currently though so a bit late; will have to be tomorrow..
More looking for a way to make sure I don't get too anxious or worried about it again during the night.

Take a deep breath, you'll survive. If you can't sleep, I'm here for you to talk to. It's a good thing we have time difference :)
