Hair color and lip piercing

Hey there everyone!

First, I'd like to start off by saying that I have black hair and have that just-front-part-of-hair-stuck-up style. I was just wondering if you guys think that if I added blonde/dark or dirty blonde highlights/streaks to the front part that is stuck up it would look good?

What do you guys think?

Also what do you think of lip piercings? I'm not 100% sure on it.

If you aren't 100% sure in the piercing and not the biggest fan of boys getting blonde highlights...
