Im a guy who has a cut penis, and I've always thought of what it actually felt like to have a foreskin. Does it feel just sort of like a sheath or something you pull back every now and then when you want to blow off some steam? Or does it feel different when you pee, or does it feel different when you are having sex? It boggles my mind since i don't have an uncircumcised penis.

It's hard to compare. I don't usually notice it to be honest, just what I'm used to. Just like you are used to having your head exposed all the time.

I don't pull it back to blow off steam, but I do when I masturbate. It feels really good. I pull it back to pee so I bet it feels much the same. It makes sex feel great, but again, I have nothing to compare it to, just another thing to rub against your head.

The best part about it is sex and masturbation. The inside of the foreskin is designed to lubricate and stimulate the penis to orgasm.. I love my foreskin for that because of the feeling it gives me. :)

I guess the only guy who can say what the difference is, is one who got circumcised after he had been having sex. I'd say maybe it's the same when peeing because I pull my skin all the way back when I pee. Like if you saw me peeing, you would probably think I was circumcised. I don't pull it back to let off steam, but as a nervous habit I play with my foreskin when I'm just wearing my underwear. Just gently pinching it and rolling it between my fingertips. Most of the time my penis is soft when I'm doing that. I think masturbating with a foreskin must be a lot better. I can't imagine being able to rub my penis glans the same way without my foreskin.

I pull mine all the way back to pee so it's probably the same as being cut.
