I'm a casual kind of guy, a t-shirt and jeans is more than enough for me. I'm not that picky, most guys aren't.

I like yoga pants on a girl haha.
No t-shirt and jeans are fine

I'm really laid back so a t shirt and jeans or sweat pants is good.

A really nice black and blue skirt on top of which is a carefully designed unique-styled blue and black blouse with a nice collar...
...a wonderful hairstyle and also as important, a nice high heel!
*_* so sexy!!! <3

Where are you going?

A skirt is always good, but if yoga pants aren't "always" because they seem out of place for some settings. So it depends on the message YOU want to send.

To me, girls and guys can't go wrong being slightly overdressed if they are going to a social event of some kind. If it's just another day of school or trip to the mall or a big party with lots of kids, then it's not that important.

If you're going to someone's house for dinner or out to dinner, then I tend to make sure I don't under dress and I think that's decent advice for guys or girls. Nothing wrong with totally dressing down if it's just the mall or running errands or whatever.

To comment on your initial post:

I like girls that have a consistent look in general, but then one day a week or once every two weeks, to shake it up. Honestly, it makes me want to go talk to them.

My current gf is more girly than most girls in how she presents herself. Not that she does it FOR me, but I like it that 9/10 times it's obvious she's going that little extra to be girlie. I don't care for girls who wear primarily wear clothes that a guy could like jeans, a tee shirt and sneakers. Does nothing for me. Why? Because that's how me and my buddies dress.

Looking a little girlie is the key. If you're wearing jeans and tee shirt, then I'm looking for other girlie things about you, shoes, nails, hair, earrings, rings etc.

I think it's cool girls have all those options everyday, so I like it when they do that extra stuff.

In order I like, sun dress, skirt, shorts/pants, yoga pants and then jeans.

All I know is the one thing I hate on everyone. That's loose ankles on trousers, mine are always cuffed as I think they look much nicer. Other than that I don't really have much else to say, this is just an important part of anything for me...
