leg aches running

Hey guys, lately when I run my legs 'ache' in the area above my ankle, like the aches everytime I take a step when running, I've checked the area where it ususally aches and it feels fine there aren't any lumps or anything that I can notice.

could this be the sign of a stress-fracture waiting to happen?

I get that whenever I'm running too. I'm pretty sure it's just cramps. I would say it's nothing to worry about.

Is the ache in your shin area? If so, that's shin splints. The best thing to do is take a break from running for about a week, and when you start up again stretch your shins as part of your warm up.
