I herd of enimas where u use water to wash your ass out so I got a clean Gatorade bottle with water squirted some in my ass and pushed it out if theres any left will it come out and can it harm me ?

If there is any water left inside you it will come out on its own, what goes up must come down. It cant harm you, just make sure that your bottle is clean and you are only using plain water.. warm water works best.

leaving excess water in there will do no harm, though obviously if you leave too much in you risk it coming out at an emarassing time.

you can use as much water as you think your rectum will hold, and you can do it as many times in a day as you feel you need to. Its only water and it wont hurt you. I do it at least 3 times in a week
