Hello guys!

Alright, Time for a tutorial I hope you will enjoy and find it useful.
In this tutorial I am going to tell you a bit about keyloggers and how to protect yourself from them.

What is Keylogger?

Keylogger is a spyware that saves your keybords output in logs and sends them to often a server using the FTP protocol (File Transfer Protocol). You can actually scan these files using Cain and withdraw the adress, username and passwords regarding the host the hacker uses.

Though smarter keyloggs send emails with the logs because you don't need a login to send emails to people so even if you scan it you might be able to find out the email but not the login.

How to Protect?

Good AntiVirus:
This is basic and best step to protect your system from keylogger.

I would never recommend, to be honest, MSE. Its performance is sub-par to other competing AV's like Avast!, Avira or Panda. This (http://www.av-comparatives.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/avc_factsheet2013_08.pdf) might help out as well.

Also, consider getting a FireWall like ZoneAlarm or Comodo.

I never put much thought into Keyloggers. Its not a very common virus too catch but really I suppose its the most effective way of hacking. Good advice.
