Do any of you VTF'ers have any experience with this?
In my Ancient Greek classes there's this girl named M. who sits next to me. She's a great friend and all, but she keeps belittling and patronizing me by patting my head, calling me little Y. and other stuff like that. I like her and all, but it is super annoying to be treated like a ten year old during every class all the time. Gaah
Just throwing it out there. Any of you guys have any similar experiences?

I *think* I have a friend who does that to my other friend. I'm not sure if my other friend is bothered by it though. In case you want to know why:
My other friend is a short, skinny guy. He has an innocent baby face that makes him look years younger than his actual age. He also has a submissive, tolerant nature that makes some girls who are dominant at heart wants to pick him up and 'protect' him somehow. I'm sure M doesn't have an ill intention. So if she bothers you, just go ahead and tell her that you don't feel comfortable with her behavior.

I have some friends who do that to me, but well they are older and I'm quite short for my age and look kinda young. I'm something like their mascot, so yeah I'm not sure if it's like your situation or not. I don't really mind it, it's okay and if it gets too much I just tell them to stop and they stop...well at least for a little while.

I've gone through similar experiences. Ignoring those girls is the best thing you can do, honestly. Don't be foolish, though. It may seem to you that she may be interested in you, but in the end you might find out that all she ever wanted was only making fun of you. See if you can determine what are the real intentions of that girl.

My male friends and I used to do that kind of thing to our friend Danny because he was short and has a youthful face, even though he was older than us. Our girl friends would follow our lead and pinch his cheeks or something like that. He got taller though, we occasionally joke about him being small, but since he got bigger we don't perceive him as smaller.
I don't know though, it's different because we're guys and we just joke around about that kind of thing. Is M doing that because you're smaller? If so, then my suggestion would to work out and get more muscular because she'll perceive you as more masculine and less likely to treat you like that (or anything else to be more masculine).

Naw man, I'm pretty much taller than her hahaha. My muscles are pretty undeveloped tho, so the second part of your answer might help. Thanks for the post :)
