Who knows? he could be curious or he could just be one of those kinds of guys that's touchy feely I guess you could try doing the same things back to him and see how he reacts.

I have a friend that also does stuff like that and says he's straight, I think he knows I like it. That's why he does it.

Sounds like curiosity but invite him over for a sleepover and see what he does then and it will probably give you a clearer idea of his intentions
