Have you ever compared your wrist circumference to your penis circumference. They are surprisingly similar.

My penis girth is 6 inches and my wrist circumference (below bone) is 7 inches.

I do think it's directly proportional to some extent...
Circumference of wrist= constant x circumference of penis.
Well, it's just a hypothesis...
Anyone wishes to prove it?
