What is the worst and best airlines you've been on? Mine is American Airlines as they refused to serve food on a 4 hour flight!!! Best has got to be Qantas as their A380 is fantastic!

Best has been Avianca, gotta love em. The worst has been Mexicana, hence why they don't exist anymore.

I have little to no experience with them. (Europe, where everything is an hour drive)

My favorite airline is American since i once got a free business class upgrade on an international flight which is the best thing ever. Worst airline has to be China Southern. The seats are for people with no bones. And the food for those with no tongue.

Im a mixed review kind of guy. I enjoy the major US airlines, including Delta, United, and Southwest. Southwest Airlines has by far the best customer service I have ever seen on an airline (other that Virgin Atlantic or all of the Virgin company) and the choosing your own seat policy, the free checked bag, and the interesting looking planes is awesome, Delta upgraded me to a first class seat when i asked, so i like them for that, and United because of the fact that they merged with Continental and SOME flight attendants (usually flights out of the hubs that used to be Continental's) are really nice and they get along really nicely with the cabin.

Best was Qantas, they had great IFE and amazing hot chocolate! Worst was without a doubt Ryanair, 4 hour delay for no reason and terrible customer service.

Ryanair is really bad... I also don't like Emirates... they're damaging the european economy (LH, AF). Really like LX, SQ and LH

I watch too much Air Crash Investigations (Mayday), but I recall Avianca running out of fuel outside New York City and crashing. And as for Ryanair, you should consider yourself lucky you survived the flight with their reputation.
Within Australia, I think Qantas is the best and by far Tiger Air is the worst. Tiger will cancel flights with no warning and often delay passengers for hours on end, again without notice. Qantas tends to run on time, have great service and is overall a good experience, especially with their newer planes.

Agree with Quantas, their safety record is amazing. Other safer airlines include Emirates, Etihad, Quatar. For worst I have to say China Airlines, Aeroflot is pretty bad, Egypt Air isn't that good. german_boy you just mentioned all of the companies with the best safety records ever.

My least favorite is Sun Country. Their agents are rude and out of the 4 times I've flown with them, they've had 3 delays which were not weather related and their own fault. Oh, and the planes are shitty too.
My favorite is Delta because they have nice employees, the planes are all nice, and you get free soft drinks. I've never had to deal with a delay with them that wasn't weather related.

I've only been on one airline ever, which is AirTran, so, it, would be the best and the worst.

I thought I was the only person who did that. :D
I've flown with aer lingus, british airways, and easy jet, but aer lingus is the only airline I've flown with more than once, so I can't really give much of an opinion here.
