Hey everyone, I think I am agender, and while I am relatively happy with who I am, I really dislike the urges (sexual and other) that accompany my body and I just wish they would go away. I also often dream that I appear neither sex, and when I wake up it depresses me to realise that, nope I am still a specific sex.. so I was wondering could this be classified as a form of gender dysphoria or not really?

Yeah, not heard of it before... but yeah maybe that is the case with you. If you like being that way then there's no problem :)

the most important thing is you being you so you just need to get used to being one or the other

That's not exactly true- many agender people can live fulfilling lives without having to be 'male' or 'female'. I mean, by the end of the day, you'll still have the parts you have, so you either have to learn to cope with gender dysphoria, or get comfortable with having them. However, this doesn't mean that they have to identify, or pose as one or the other.
@OP, yes, that's a type of gender dysphoria. The general definition of gender dysphoria is essentially not relating to the sex you are, or feeling like you're in the wrong body.
Also seems that you could be asexual as well, just putting that out there.

I understood it as them getting upset by having genitals so rather than feel that way it nay be best to learn to accept having them but Ren you will know a lot more about this stuff than me :)

And yeah, I agree, that's probably the best course of action. I guess I just misunderstood you. Sorry.
I just get kind of sensitive on gender/sexuality issues because they're so close to home, pay me no mind :P

No problem at all. :) I understand where you're coming from a bit- I'm bigender, and I was so lost before I knew what that meant.

I know what you meant about feeling lost... It is better knowing how you feel I guess...
