Stage Calculator Wrong?

So I think the stage calculator is wrong I am entering the information as accurately as I believe the information to be. It always gives me between 3.7 to 4 but that isn't right. I went to the doctor back in the summer of 2011 and the doctor said I was in the early ages of stage one puberty like (1.3-1.5ish). I am 17 (and 4 months), I am 6 feet 0.25 inches and wear a 12.5 size shoe. I have changed a little in the face shape wise, just now starting to get a pimple here or there, but few and far between, I do get them across my body in small amounts, but I have keratosis pilaris. I have pretty much the same voice as in my childhood. I have hair on my arms but it is colorless and short, easily overlooked. I have hair on my legs just starting to darken not long like my dad and brother who have a lot of dark hair on their legs, indoors you cant really tell unless in sunlight or a blue light like florescent lights. My nipples are a pale pink and stay soft unless I am cold. I have pit hair int it is dark curly and thick but so is every man's pit hair in my family. My pubes are dark, curly but don't reach the fold of my legs, starting to get a little hair on my balls and in my crack. But men in my family are hairy in the pube areas (not back thank god). My testicular volume using the formula for an ellipsoid volume is 1.1in^3=16-18mL with the chance i measured wrong but the doctor checked my balls and thew were the same size just about in 2011, my brother actualy went to the doctor because he has larger balls but its just our gene set, my dad told me he is about 5.5 erect, I have seen my brother naked many times just in passing by and his bush is fuller than mine, his balls are bigger and penis about 7 inches also his scrotum hangs/thin and it is darker than mine, we have the same skin tone but mine is red and only hangs like that when I am in the shower or bath other wise it is rough and hangs a little but not lower than my penis my penis is larger than my dads it is around 5.75- almost 6 inches when erect with a 5 inch girth (which I know is average) and 4.25 inches in both dimensions when flaccid. With my body midpoint around my penis. So where do I fall in stage of development from an already developed guys opinion, considering I was at stage 1.4ish, 2.5-3 years ago.

Anyway I am sure the result is an estimate. Your height and penis size are at adult values which would suggest you are now nearer the end than the start. Hair can vary according to racial characteristics. The only thing in your description that seems to me to be odd is your saying your voice has not changed. The larynx growth that gives rise to the voice change usually happens during the growth spurt (in skeletal growth) but 6" tall is pretty tall for someone who hasn't started that growth spurt yet. I wonder if actually your voice has changed but it has happened slower and more smoothly than for some people so you haven't noticed.
