View Full Version : Achilles Pain

I've been having strange sharp pains in both of my Achilles. It doesn't hurt to walk though, I only notice it when I stand on my tip-toes.
I don't play any sports, and I don't do a lot of running. I do other types of exercise. So I'm not sure what's causing the pain.

i have no idea.
how long has it been going on?
if it's been happening for a while, i would talk to your doctor.
if not, just go easy on it and see if it goes away.

I've had that before. It tends to go away after 4-5 days, but I'd meet a doctor just to be sure

A week maybe? It's not unbearable or anything. More a nuisance than anything.

I've had my left one go weird on me. I was told to to do achilles tendon stretches (https://www.google.com/search?q=achilles+tendon+stretches&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=zP9LU8WPLYeS8AG4loCgCw&sqi=2&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ&biw=1093&bih=447) Foods with potassium like bananas and potatoes are supposed to help to.
