Amount of precum varies from guy to guy. Some people produce very minimal amounts or none at all while others produce a whole bunch. It's not really a problem and there's not really a way to make yourself produce more.

It does vary from guy to guy but mostly on how you get yourself excited.
I mean, you need excite specific points to incite your glands better.
