I have heard the same things and I have found it to be true in the penises that I have seen.

I already said what causes it, its usualy circumcision,
look at all intact people none of us/them have curved penis's.

Let me explain it to you. when ever your circumised half the skin on your penis gets removed, witch makes your penis's skin tight, witch if it is to tight, it will cause your penis to point one direction when erect, because when erect your penis's skin is even more tight, get it yet?
