Average size for Filipino guys at age 13-15?

I only need answers from fellow Filipino guys but if you have knowledge about this or have something to share, you can do so.

What is the average size for a Filipino guy at age 13-15, both flaccid and erect? I became curious because I saw a guy's junk, probably 12 years old, when we were showering and his was longer than mine when flaccid. Mine is like 2.5" when flaccid and approximately 4" when erect. Am I normal? :eek::confused:

Oh and I totally get it that we grow at different rates and that I'll reach the "normal" size soon :)

I'm not Filipino, but seeing as you're likely younger than 15 based on the age group you're wondering about, you seem close to normal for your age. I have heard that Asian guys have smaller man-parts than other ethnicities but I'm not sure if that's just a stereotype or not.
