Ignore people just saying it's hormones like your feelings just pass. Yeah, you should give it time, but that doesn't undermine how you feel.

How 'gay' people are is actually a scale, with the Kinsey scale most often used though far from perfect, and only some people are exclusively homosexual or heterosexual. You can be gay whilst still slightly interested, or gay with quite a bit of interest but not enough to label yourself as bi. What's more, sexuality isn't always constant - some people do change a little bit from time to time.

Basically? Be whoever you are. There's no tick box for the label of gay, no test. I'm bi, but I go through days when I think I like women more or men more and it doesn't particularly matter. Doesn't make it 'just hormones' though.

Sexuality is fluid there is no solid form of what we are or aren't!! Treat it like a scale that you move along on a daily basis. Somedays i feel really gay and am overtly attracted to guys and others i feel more attracted to girls and others i feel more laid back and attracted to both, i'm in no fixed state :) but personally i label myself as gay/bi because i am yet to have a day where i don't like guys :)

Same here I guess... some days I'm more attracted to girls than others, it's just how I feel among everything else. I never feel completely the same one day to the next and this is why I'm confused as to if I'm gay or bi - it's a big mess in my head which is why I hate labels and only use them to satisfy the needs of other people. But telling a friend I'm gay and attracted to him makes him think I want sex with him when although that could be interesting I can't explain I have the libido but not the desire to act upon it. Labels are stupid, but you partly described how I feel too anyway

Think about this above here. I will never put it down to hormones, mainly because I've gone through most of puberty with little to no understanding but it's more than just that anyway I guess. Got to be a lot of different factors, I partly blame autism for me having a lot of ups and downs and never feeling the same for 2 days in a row. If you feel you're gay and want a girlfriend, that's being homosexual biromantic - if you want to go out with a girl OR are just not ruling out the possibility but don't want any sexual interaction with her I think. I always have the thing when looking through pictures I have the random attraction but I'm always like that when I haven't had a "release" for more than a few hours. It could just be something as simple as that if you don't feel it most of the time, trust me I probably know a lot more than other people on the random attraction thing - but not the words to be able to talk to anyone about it ;)
