Slowly?

Why is it that I feel as if I'm developing slowly? I'm shorter than almost all my friends save for 2, my penis has grown but not that much not to mention the fact that there are 12 year-olds who are bigger than me. I have a semi high voice compared to everyone else. Oh, and half the people I meet think that my twin is older than me and that I look 14. I do shave but I don't have to do it that much.

Everyone develops at different rates.....you'll start when your body is ready to spurt

Just wait it out man. Trust me, your voice will deepen when it's ready and your balls/dick with both grow a lot when you're about 16 or so and you will get taller. Just give your body some time. Testosterone made in your balls is being put out more and more as you age so it's just an age thing. Some guys have more testosterone production, some guys have less. I'm 13.5 and only 4'11". Lots of people think I'm 11 or just barely 12. There's other guys like this on the forums. I just accept the fact that I'm small and probably going to be a slow developer.

You've still got plenty of time to grow, and that's great your penis has grown too. But, if your still worried and have questions I would consider asking your doctor. :)

You will get there in the end. Even brothers can develop at different rates. Unless your twin is an identical twin, that will as much happen for the two of you too. You will catch up

As has been said, most people get to the same place eventually, some people start earlier and others later though. Everyone is unique

i'm shorter than my friends, have way less body hair and their voices are deeper. penis size differs in all of us. one is 6", one is barely 4" so we all grow at our own rate

I'm really not much more developed than my 10 year old brother except penis is a bit bigger and I'm just a bit taller. My oldest brother told me he didn't really start puberty until he was around 15 so I guess I could be real late to start.

i have the same problem. i'm 16, the eldest in my class and smaller than a year 9 and 10 in it. my voice is also more high pitched then the rest of them, this is only because of everybody develops at different speeds.

No he's not identical. People still get us confused somehow. We don't look anything alike. But yeah he started like 11 or 12. Maybe even when he was 10 as he was much taller than me then.

People develop at different rates, like one of my friends hasn't turned 14 yet but he's over 6 feet tall and has a really deep voice. You've just got to be patient.
