well I smoke and I feel like i may start drinking and well im going to list all the things i smoke and the thing i have drunk at the moment

and i want to stop but i cant because of all the shit i get at school and at home and from my dad but just er some one just give me advise

I think it's admirable for someone as young as you are to realize the danger of addiction and chose to quit. Just gradually reduce the alcohol/drugs/nicotine intake until one day you realize you don't need 'em anymore :) good luck x
