From what I know about it, he bible is a compilation of 66 books and letters spanning about 1500 years that was put together by the catholics into what we now know as the bible. There are no original documents.

Yeah, the bible as we know it today was written hundreds of years after Jesus was supposed to have existed. It's just a rough complation of dozens of different books and scrolls about stories originally egyptian and pagan in orgin. The virgin birth, walking on water, transmutation of water to wine, demigods...etc

bascially this, basically bunch of different scriptures and letters in one book so theres no "original" one, the Torah is one part and the second part is full of letters and the 4 Gospels

The bible consists out of an old and new testament,
the old one dates back from before christianity, and is a collection of (what is thought, not confirmed yet) tro be about 3 writers/books, of even older stories.
The new testament is a combinaton of several books of disciples and so on.

Actually I know a bit about this. The Bible first contains the five books of Moses. Which also has all the Jewish laws and is also called the Torah. Then it has a bunch of stuff about the history of Israel. Then it has a bunch of proverbs and stuff like that. Then it has a bunch of books by prophets including my namesake Ezra. Then there is the New Testament that has four stories about Jesus and then the history of the christian church after Jesus and a bunch of letters from the apostles of Jesus giving instructions. And then the final book called Revelation, which is either a prophecy about our future or was about Rome destroying Israel which happened sometime in the 1st century.

There are believed to be 40 bible authors, spanning several hundred years. So there is no "Jesus Bible", the Old Testament was written before his physical birth. The Bible May have been written by a physical hand, but it is divinely inspired. It's not just a bunch of random people writing about random stuff.

The Bible wouldn't have a true orginal. Some books were written after Jesus and some books before. Also the Bible is a compilation that was edited by the Church and by Kings. Also, the Bible has been mistranslated many times.

Most accurate ones so far, by way of technicality.

The Bible was written across three languages, 66 books I think, about 40 authors. Most of it was written before Jesus' birth, the rest written after his death (seeing as the New Testament actually starts off talking about Jesus- obviously couldn't've been written before he was alive.)

There are originals still intact- however they're scrolls and tablets. Books weren't invented until centuries later. The Bible was initially translated by commoners- not the church, as the church believed highly in reading in the original language- which while it would certainly be the most accurate way to read the Bible, it is not the most convenient. Most people didn't even know how to read their own language in those days, nonetheless Hebrew, Greek, or Aramaic.

However, the church was also known to be pretty idiotic and bloody back in those days- bible translators were actually burned at the stake most times. Because they wanted control of the beliefs of the people...THAT part has pretty much remained the same ever since- though the bloodiness still exists outside the US in some places. (I say US because the country was founded on the prevention of that sort of thing.)

So no, Jesus didn't have his own Bible. Being god's son, and living in the time period he did, he still quoted it, but he had no physical copy. (Also would like to note that the Bible would've been read by priests, and would've also been passed down orally- can you imagine though? I can't even recite some of my favourite lines from books. Harriet Tubman I believe was said to have memorized the entire bible, and that just fascinates me.)

Also, when you really think about it, technically the Bible quoted him so his having a copy to teach people with is kind of an ironic concept to begin with.

The bible has been rewritten many times and many copies have been lost. The current bible will probably not change as much though because everything can be easily archived nowadays.
