So I think my younger brother (14) has been trying to see me naked and touching me while I sleep. The first time it happened was about a year ago, we were sleeping in a ski cabin together. I woke up to find his finger tracing all over my breasts. He seemed like he was asleep, so I woke him up, told him what he'd been doing, and he apologized.
It happened again a few months later when I was sleeping in on a weekend. That time he told me he was doing it because it was the only way he knew that would absolutely wake me up. I told him very strongly not to let it happen again, and since he seemed to understand I let it go.
Then, again, that summer we were in a tent together and I woke up and his hand was on my boob. I confronted him about it and he said he'd been half asleep and was only trying to get me to share the extra sleeping bag. I believed him.
It happened again in a hotel, and by that time I'd had enough, and although he still claimed to have been asleep I asked him to move across the room, which he did.
More recently I've caught him coming into the bathroom while I shower, which is normal and I don't mind because there's a curtain between us, but I've seen him trying to move it and peek around, or get on his tiptoes and look over. I told him to start using the other bathroom.
Now, I keep waking up from really weird dreams to find him standing by my bed, or trying to hide beside it. He claims sleepwalking and tells me about the dreams he was having, but sleepwalking only happens in non-dreaming sleep. I want to talk to him about this - he's a really sweet guy and I think he's just curious about girls - but I don't know how to breach the subject, I don't have any proof, and he won't admit to anything. I don't want my parents to get him in trouble. What should I do?

This is what parents are for. Tell your parents exactly what's going on and have them deal with it. Also, lock the door when you're in the bathroom so he cannot come in. Ask your parents for a lock on your bedroom door for this reason. Then lock your door when you sleep.
Additionally, don't put yourself in situations where you will sleep near each other. If you are camping with your parents, ask to sleep in a tent with your mom and have your brother sleep with your dad. Same thing if you are in a hotel.

I agree with Taryn, you should tell your parents about it, even if he's your brother you don't know what he could do in the future.

Agreed with what's said so far. As a teen boy, hormones are there, and there is that curiosity, which n this case, has resulted in some unwanted attention against you, which is totally against your privacy. I'd like to think that as your brother he wont try anything more serious, but he needs to be brought in to check to keep himself under control. Unless you either confront him or ask your parents to arrange tent sleeping arrangements or use the lock on the bathroom door, he will continue to do what he is trying.

I don't have any other advice beside what Taryn has suggested.

Ok DAFUQ. I would a. first try to give him Playboys (mite be he does it out of an abundance of sexual feelings) and if that doesn't work have a heart-to-heart with him. If THAT doesn't work tell your parents cuz ur brother is one sick pervert

Seems to be curiosity and hormones makes him do weird stuff and I totally see how it freaks you out. I guess it is important to talk to him and also to your parents about it.
I guess there always comes the time where you have to act different in front of each other as siblings when both have hit puberty in order to avoid uncomfortable situations like the ones you described.

I think it's past hormones when he didn't stop when you asked him too. It's creepy and it is affecting you. Before it gets crazy you need locks and your parent's help.

I agree that really he is just curious about girls and that is why he is doing it. My advice would be to sit him down once and for all and tell him in the sternest possible way that this has to stop. Lock the door when you shower and if at all possible avoid sleeping in the same room or tent as him. Basically reduce his opportunity to be near you when you are naked/asleep. Also let him know that if you do catch him touching you 'in his sleep' again you will need to tell your folks. Often the chance that he will have to answer to your parents will make him stop doing anything naughty. Tell him that his behaviour isn't normal and that is why you are telling your folks if it happens again.
Hope that stops it, otherwise you may have to tell your folks and have them speak to him

How old was he when he started? I'm super horny all the time and look at girls so maybe he just feels comfortable around you because your his sister. It's better then a stranger and he is still learning about girls. Don't give him any porn because your parents will not like it and you're going to get him in trouble! I would cut him some slack for now but tell him he can't look at you in the shower. When you sleep on your stomach he can't touch your boobs hehe.
