How flexible are u? And what can u do ?
I can do splits,back arch,ect..........

I've gotten pretty flexible through yoga.

I think my flexibility is... just thought of as being floppy. Some problems with my muscles, they're apparently weaker than some people. I can lift my leg up when standing up to smell my foot (I've actually needed to do that before to see if it was worth changing socks after being outside in the rain and my mum said she's surprised someone so fat can do that.. (bitch :D))

Other than this, I don't really observe people enough to know if things I can do are "average" or not. I still need to get more general knowledge on people. :yummy:

My flexibility is ok, I can do the splits if I'm warmed up enough.

i can't do a split but can get close and i have never tried a backarch but other than that i'm pretty flexible

I am not flexible at all. Like I touch my shins but not my toes. No splits here.

There was a time where I was very flexible and could almost do, if not completely do all those things. This was because I was dancing. Then the class ended and I pretty much stopped stretching at all :/ Anyway, I've started classes and stretching again, so I am slowly getting it back. But a few months ago when i started, I could barely get to by shins if i bent over. Now i can touch my toes and am working towards the splits
