Ok boys so a lot of you prefer a girl to be shaven but feel shaving yourself is too much to maintain. Why do guys want their women shaven? It's a lot of effort and in my opinion unnesseccery. Personally I don't think girls are any less attractive so long as they keep it tidy

Tidy is fine, I personally think that if a girl isn't completely shaven, that is fine, it is her choice. My preference for a girl if she isn't completely shaven that she styles with only having hair above inner and outer lips( labia minora and labia majora).

I don't mind if a girl shaves or not-I think most people do due to the norms and values they have in society and that it just seems to be 'the thing ' for girls to do. Sexist, but yeah.

For me it = far more sensitivity, smooth silky skin and no hair in mouth for oral (bleurgh).

Yes it's an effort - but so is doing your hair, wearing nice clothes, going to the gym, etc.

All of which aren't 'necessary' but you do it to look attractive and feel comfortable - and/or to please the person you love. Simple. Just do your own thing

To be honest I almost feel like for most guys a girl who is always shaven is hot and its just something that we find very attractive for the same reason why we think butts are hot in some way. I think it is hot when a girl shaves but even then, I don't mind if they don't and just keep it tidy like I do with myself. Hair is natural for everyone so all natural is totally cool! haha

I think it looks best with some hair, a jungle may be too much, but you are supposed to have pubic hair after puberty. Don't bother shaving, trimming is all that's needed.

Relationships include compromise, I wouldn't want her to try to change my "style" drastically. However; I would be willing to reasonably "edit" the area to make my partner more likely to have an intimate relationship with me. I am willing to trim.

For me, I don't really know how I feel because even though I have shaved myself before I don't really know how I would look if I was thinner meaning I wouldn't know how other people look so I can't really be the judge on this. Personally I've always had the idea of completely shaving everywhere BUT the top of my head, which I would want to keep relatively short, because I still feel like a little kid and would love to look that way too (except for the height and all of the growth except for growing body hair.. UGH :().

So in a way I would want that from another guy too, or at least part of it, and I'm only saying how I feel about guys because if I tried to get anything it would be with a guy first, so I would expect it to at least be trimmed because I currently have a "jungle" and I really hate it but I need to find a quicker and less awkward way to reduce it, I probably wouldn't care so much if my hair was blonde or ginger (it's brown) as I at least know from seeing the legs of my friends (:D) in the changing room at school, those with ginger/blonde hair were less visible and I preferred that. Personally I think I'd be "cheeky" enough to say I'll only go for blonde or ginger, because I really love them, and I'm even picky on the eyes too with blue or green as my preference :kitty:

In other words, like people have said: If it was trimmed, and less noticeable, I think I'd be much happier.

I personally only care that they're hygienic and clean. I actually think that trimmed is more attractive because of how rare it is.

It's different though. Yes, i prefer a girl to be shaved because if you go down on a girl, you don't want her pubes in your mouth, with a guy that wont happen unless he has a long bush, which is pretty disgusting. And it's not about the effort when it comes to older guys because we get chest hair, hair on your stomach and thighs. If we only shaved our pubes it'd look really weird. That's why i prefer mine really short, but i don't shave any more. I'm 17 almost 18, but i shaved completely from 13 up to 17 years old until when i started growing chest hair. But girls don't get chest hair and they shave their legs anyway, so it'd look normal if there wasn't hair there. It doesn't take that much effort to shave, if you shave regularly, it only takes like 1 or 2 minutes to completely shave it off. If you don't and let it grow, your razor get's clogged and it can take a lot longer.

And there's a different between "tidy" and "natural", personally, i think if it's over 1cm on a girl, it's a bit gross. Less than 1 cm is tidy, anything over that just traps sweat and is a breading ground for odour.

My preference is shaven. But I understand how much time that takes to do. As long as it's tidy and trimmed, then I'm fine with it. Mainl because I'm only willing to trim it. Seeing as how unless you shave it practically every day, then it gets really itchy. So trim is fine by me.

What does "it's kept under control" supposed to mean? You keep it short? or you keep the smell under control?

So? you smell nice?, that's a general statement, are those people smelling you down there where you don't shave? their opinion isn't really that valid is it?. And still, it doesn't chance the fact, the more bodily hair someone has the more it makes the body sweat, leading to more odour. Ok, maybe you don't have bad odour, but a lot of people do.

And i'm definitely not one of those sexually needy guys who wan't sexual attention from anything that would give it to him so i don't have any motives coming here. I don't expect you to shave or not shave, it's up to whether you should or not, and the only 2 opinions that you should listen to are yours and your partners. But the only one that matters are yours.

many guys like no hair because they want to see your vagina because this is a huge turn on for many. i like it trimmed because it looks more natural but means that you can still see the vagina. and many males don't shave themselves because they think that if they get a blow job then the girl will not need to like or suck the hair but if a male go's down on a girl with hair they may get hair in there mouths

I just had the reverse of this discussion with my friend not too long back, and she thinks we should be shaven. My thoughts on girls being shaven are really I don't care, it's up to her. Sure shaven is nice, but I don't mind unshaven.
