Umm ok so i've been with this guy for about 3 months and we've had intercourse and oral sex so far. I noticed that he has some white little dots around his dick's head. i asked him what that was and he said he doesn't know and he got that ever since he was a kid. his dick is very clean and smells good so i don't think it has anything to do with hygiene? also he's healthy and looks after himself and he swore to me that was not a std or anything bad. he told me they're very sensible and gives him extra feelings.. i actually like it tho because it also gives me some extra pleasure rather than a dick that hasn't got that

i have no one else i could ask this. i can't ask my parents obviously and can't ask my friends because i'm popular at school and this might leak and ya know.. also he's the most popular guy at school and i don't want people to know or they might start bugging him for that idk

so is that normal? have you ever seen those white little dots around a penis head? do you think it's gross? would you give head to a guy or have intercourse if you see he got it?

no little white dots but same colour as the rest of the skin there. Those are something to do with puberty
no idea what those are

No idea what they are called but I think I know what you mean and I hear they are fairly common, especially in teenagers.

If they look like pimples, he has something. Don't have sex no more. He might be lying or he doesn't know. But anyway, he can ruin you future healthy life. Have him checked out and see the prove of it. If he wants t9 put his penis in you, you have all the right what is going on. This is you life! He probably knows but he knows that you allow him to have to sex because you don't know how to protect yourself. If you have any doubts, don't do it. You only have life. Don't have it in misery because it is nice to have sex now and you see something wrong. Google this and talk to a doctor or nurse. Maybe your school nurse.

so is it going to go away or is he going to have that forever? do adults have them too?

and would you give head to a guy if you saw he had that?

I guess so but cant say for certain - sounds like your guys thing may be different though

If he assured me they were fine and I wanted to then I probably would

I have no experiences with penises as for I'm still a virgin . I'm no pro by far and you can take my advice as for what its worth it may not be worth anything but i try.
My gut feeling tells me its not normal and for you to protect yourself from something you may regret later.

You should ask this in the Puberty for guys and girls section so you can get guys explanation. They're more likely to know.

It's called pearly penile papules. my current and past boyfriends both had it. its a puberty thing I think and is quite common. Its completely harmless and not contagious. Just make sure its that by doing some research as I did also. hope this helps :)

I was going to say this - BUT THEY DO NOT CAUSE EXTRA SENSITIVITY!! Get it checked out and for everyone's sake use a condom.

It's just a dermatologic condition. It's not something malicious and it's not contagious, so don't worry about it. Just a few guys have it.

This. Only a doctor can tell you for sure.

Not necessarily. And trying to imply that he's lying to her is really kind of a cheap move- how much do YOU actually know about penises? Granted, it COULD be an STD, and he SHOULD get things checked out, but sexual relationships also involve some amount of trust for christ's sake.

Exactly to both of these. My boyfriend has little bumps on his shaft (different than this), and according to him they've always been there. They're not sexually transmitted or dangerous. Sometimes penises just have weird bumps. They're not ALWAYS scary. It's important to know what needs to be looked at, and what doesn't. :P However, erring on the side of caution is always a good idea.

It doesnt mean he has a disease. My ex boyfriend had something similar and we were virgins with eachother. if it is around the purpley vein bit of the penis head apparently it is quite common in guys (we got checked out and everything was ok) so don't panic!

It sounds like the OP's b/f is circumcised...but this happens on both varieties?
