Lesbian in a Male body?

People seem to talk a bit about how they feel like a guy in a girl's body, vice versa or somewhere in between in the case of some trans people.
The Indigenous Americans talked about "two-spirits" people with the opposite gender identity or soul to their body. Interesting enough anyone of the same body type in a relationship with a two-spirit was not considered homosexual or two-spirit themselves, they were still considered hetero.
So my question is do you think someone could feel like a lesbian in a MALE body? This kind of is how I feel about myself because I'm pretty sure that if I was brought up the same way as I have been I'd still be predominantly into girls.

Gender identity and sexual orientation are typically seen as two seperate things. You can be a girl in a guys body attracted to girl, or a guy in a girls body attracted to guys. A lot of them are also pan and bi.
