Why does it feel extra good when you start spurting out sperm? For me that's the best part but people say it's all about trying to hold it back? Why does it feel so much better when sperm spurts out? It's the best feeling in the world!!! And why does it hurt right after? But in a good way like somebody tickling you and you want them to stop?

I agree that's the best part because that's when the orgasm is happening. But your wife won't be too happy if you're finished in a couple minutes, so that's why guys stretch it out longer as they get older. Don't know why it hurts after, but know that's normal.

Does it hurt for you when you finish also?

Yeah that's what I'm talking about. It hurts but in a good way. Maybe that's what it means to have too much of a good thing?

I've got the same feeling as you do when I start spurting out sperm and my penis also hurts for a little afterwards.

It feels extra good because that's the height of your orgasm. Think of it like coffee. You reach the hight of your caffine high then you suddenly crash. The "crash" a male experiences may include loss of erection, disinterest in further sexual activity, sensitivity, etc.. Of course, the reaction varies from person to person. There are theories regarding why this happens. If you're super curious about it I recommend taking a look at the Wikipedia page for Refractory Period (sex).

OK, so when you masturbate typically:

1. Stroking your penis (or any stimulating touch feels good).
2. The orgasm, the feeling that accompanies the sperm spurting out, is amazing but short-lived.
3. Your penis is sensitive afterwards.

The point of "holding back" is not to avoid the orgasm but to increase the time between starting to masturbate (or, later, have sex) and the orgasm. This achieves several things:

1. You get more of the good feeling that comes from stroking before the orgasm.
2. The orgasm, when it happens, is even more intense.
3. If you are having sex with a girl it gives her a greater chance to orgasm too.

The bit about sex and the girl's orgasm may not be relevant to masturbation but it is good training. You already know that your penis becomes sensitive after the orgasm - during sex a guy will have done his bit, delivered his sperm into the girl, and won't want to carry on. If the girl has not had her own orgasm by then and you then pull out she is less likely to be happy.

As to why ejaculation (spurting out sperm) is accompanied by such an amazing feeling no-one really knows - we can just guess. If you believe in evolution then it would stand to reason that if some guys got pleasure when their sperm spurted into girls to get them pregnant and others didn't the ones who got the pleasure would have sex more often and thus (before contraception) have more children so their genes would be passed on more than those who did not find it pleasurable. That's natural selection in operation. It just so happens you get the pleasure whether your penis is inside a girl at the moment the sperm spurt out or not.

Yeh I agree. I think it hurts in a good way so you are satisfied after a good orgasm, but not so much that you want to go again straight away

Because you orgasm. Yea I agree with you it's the best feeling but try holding it back ie edging it feels even better!
