[Synyster Shadows]

Has anyone else played this game? I just started playing it after hearing about it from a friend. It's such a simple concept but so addicting. It's challenging and actually requires some strategizing. I think it's fun. What do you think?

It's the worst game. Absolutely the worst. I haven't been able to close the tab for three weeks. Send help.

How long did it take you to get there? I got a 256 like five minutes ago and that's my best.

I don't know, I don't remember. I also have a habit of leaving in the middle of a game and coming back days later.

Basically what Elysium said, it's one of the best mind games out there, my strategy is to never swipe down so all the pieces with a big value go up, and that usually works, the closest I've been is a 1024 piece and a 512 piece but then I messed up, my friends and I always compete to see who has the best score, but one of my friends already beat the game so we're all screwed vs him.

Because all the pieces of greater value stay up and it's easier to combine them then, at least to my experience, don't question the methods kid :P

Omg I just tried it and my high score skyrocketed to 11k point and I got the 1024 tile :worthy:

Well I just got the game a couple of minutes ago and my high score is the 256 tile and 2204 points. It's really fun!

I got bored really quickly after the first time playing it.
Not my type of game, I guess.

But it seems to be sufficiently popular that everyone's imitating(or outright copying) and making money off it, so it's a success.

I downloaded a version of this on my phone. It seems to be better suited for me while laying in bed, rather than sitting at the desk.

Simple but yes very very addicting and annoying and some strategy is needed, but very entertaining.

As for it being a math game, it's literally adding numbers up and the game does it for you. I don't see how that can be used as an example for how hard maths is, if you think maths is hard.
