He guys I was wandering and kinda hoping i could run watch dogs on my ASUS K55N-DB81 laptop. My specs are an overclocked AMD A8 4500m APU(quad core CPU at 2.3GHz when gaming, GPU 7640G DX11 shader model 5.0 at 1300mhz) 8GB of DDR3 1600mhz ram running in dual channel, windows 8.1 64 bit with the recent update 1 that came out this week. I also normally have all extra programs closed when gaming so i can be at peak performance. could i do low settings 720p 30FPS or worse case 1024x768 at 30FPS?

specs ubisoft put out for the game are listed below however some of it might have to be taken with a grain of salt. My main concern is the CPU performance.

Minimum:
OS: Windows Vista (SP2), Windows 7 (SP1) or Windows 8 (Please note that we only support 64 bit OSs.)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 @ 2.66Ghz or AMD Phenom II X4 940 @ 3.0Ghz
Memory: 6 GB RAM
Graphics: DirectX 11 graphics card with 1 GB Video RAM - Nvidia Geforce GTX 460 or AMD Radeon HD 5770
DirectX: Version 11
Hard Drive: 25 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c Compatible Sound Card with Latest Drivers

Recommended:

Yes, you could, possible at a little better than medium settings, although you could find yourself lowering the graphic settings to get better performance.

Until the Game is Released we won't know but based on the Info released

low 720p 30fps should be possible but keep in mind its a Laptop
with a mid end Mobile APU so maybe not.

Basing on your current specifications, you can run the game at 720p in very low settings with roughly around 30FPS as this game requires more beefy processor and GPU, especially that this is a laptop. I can hardly say that it will run perfectly or smoothly with low settings.
