Anime?

Does anyone here watch anime? It seems popular-ish, but I want to know how many people here watch it.

If so, which ones have you watched/are watching?

I've seen Given, Doukyuusei, and am watching Haikyuu!! and Sk8 The Infinity.

I started Naruto, but never finished. I watched 4 seasons of "ONE PIECE" so far my favorite. I don't understand why, but maybe because it's under-dogs or a group of unlikely friends overcoming challenges:)Plus it's funny to me:)

I haven't seen that much, but I really enjoyed Chobits and Black Lagoon.

I know some guys that are into it. I tried to watch but it wasn't really my thing.

I was always a Pokemon fan since the early to mid 2000’s as a kid.

My cousins and I growing up watched a lot of movies around the holidays traditionally and they showed me series like Full Metal Alchemist, Fruits Basket etc.

2019-2021 has been a very much stay at home year(s), and I’ve seen other stuff like random series I can’t recall the name of but it’s very much a swords and adventure themed stuff.

That’s what I’m noticing about newer stuff is it’s becoming “patterned”.


I’m really into this one show called Euphonium Sound!! because it reminds me about band geek life I experienced in junior high and high school and it was a bit nostalgic.

If you like instrumental music that series is good. Definitely soothed my nerves during the height of the pandemic.
