Could my penis get bigger when I gain more weight? I'm extremely skinny right now and that's what my mom told me. So I want to know if she just said that out of sympathy or if it's true. I'm tired of being small…

I'm not sure if that's true. It may be. From what I've heard, there may be a link between the rise in childhood obesity and the earlier onset of puberty in some kids.

Ive never heard of one's penis getting bigger when someone gains weight. I assume its possible.

I don't think so, if u mean bigger in length then that would be kinda wrong. If u mean in girth maybe. Cause some obese people have small dicks or fat people. Depending.

I honestly think it's just because the fatter you are, the less space it has to slip in and the more it looks like you have a boner because it pokes out a bit more. Everyone in college always tells me I have a boner as they keep looking at the bulge in my trousers and I always tell my friend it's over him... I stopped giving a shit what people I know think about me after giving a shit caused a very close friend to tell everyone the things I told him in "confidence".
I'm not sure if it affects actual size, or the thing with puberty because I always thought obesity caused people to develop slower which would explain why some parts of me haven't completely yet while others have. Trust me, I would know, as down to extreme stress I've probably been overweight/obese since age 12 :whoops:  I'm still learning about more about everything, as I've never been too good at this stuff and especially the "neurological" side which is causing me more stress right now.

I think the idea is when you get like 17 your upper body develops more. Go from being a skinny kid to having meat on your bones, and everything else fills out and gets more man size as well.

I still think I've personally caused myself a delay though and I'm happy about that, if men are allowed to look like women because they feel that way I should be able to look like a kid :D
Haha, I still stand by what I've said though. I bet if I was thinner mine wouldn't look as big because of what I've said. I've been noticing some changes but not as much as I would have if I didn't weigh so much, I'm not sure.

More nutrisious foods might help it grow a little, eating all of your vitamins and shit, but you might not get bigger. I know that if you lose weight, your dick gets bigger because some guys have fat around their pubes and their dick and it goes away, making them longer.

I've never heard it and I doubt it, how does your mum now how big your dick is?

certainly if you have bulky thight muscles such that when you stand there is no room between them for your balls that can make your bulge look bigger.
It is also possible that a penis will gain some girth - it seems penises usually grow in length first and then girth later.
If you become fat enough to have a noticable pad of fat on the pubis, i.e. the fat is behind where your pubic hair is, that has the effect that more of the length of your penis is inside you rather than outside. In fact your penis hasn't changed but where the surrounding skin sits has changed and is now closer to the tip than it once was and further from the base. The end result is it looks shorter because people only see the part outside your skin.

this is funny bc the stereotype I've heard is the total opposite, that it's always the really skinny, tall, lanky guys who have massive ones.

I think more you gain weight, more your penis shrinks.

a fat pad would in essence make you smaller if that is what you refer too.

Simple answer: No it does not. Weight has absolutely no affect on penis size. However, if someone is overweight, it will make their penis appear to look smaller, as it would not be in proper proportion with the rest of their body.
As I said though, gaining or losing weight has no affect at all on what size your penis is. I can't emphasise that any better.
Btw, you're only 15, so you'll grow anyway.

I read a study at one point saying that obese children who go through puberty have a higher chance of being better endowed, but that could be extremely coincidental. I don't think there is any way besides surgery. Don't worry about size, someone will love you for you and that isn't ever going to matter. You also have a good six years of growing to do so...

Your mom told you that! I would be so embarrassed to talk about my boner with my mom even though she saw it once she said I was "up".

Well... I do think that gaining weight will make it wider. You seem to be right about the flab enveloping it :D as if I press down I think I can feel at least 1 extra inch there. I know I need to lose weight but I seem to have absolutely 0 motivation to do so, but I do feel it would be interesting to see what happens to it if I did :kitty:

I just find this funny because your mum could be just saying this to wind you up. My mum always says stupid things that would change if I lost weight, so maybe she's worried about you being extremely skinny and as an incentive trying to get you to gain weight by saying if you do your dick will get bigger. I'm used to the lies, it seems to be that if they're this worried about your health and other things they will be willing to try anything. :)
At one point I was being given £3 for every pound I lost, I lost 1.5 stone which is around 18 pounds (7.3kg according to a converter) which would have earned me £52 but then my anxiety kicked in again and I put 3 stone back on because I stopped going to the weigh-ins I and my mum were going to every Wednesday, this is why I'm now asking for something I can do alone and not in a large group of people.
