Yesterday's Nintendo Direct

Was ridiculous. My mind was completely blown from all the news we got on Smash Bros. alone.

I have a large thread which I update with any news I come across, and I will expand it in detail, but for now, I'll just give you a taste. Only confirmed characters.

As of yesterday, the following characters were confirmed:

Sheik
Zero Suit Samus (Though in a trollish fashion)
Charizard
Yoshi
Greninja (Newcomer)

I'm happy that SSB is coming out in the summer for 3DS, which is the system I was going to get it for anyways (I don't have a WiiU). This is a lot sooner than I thought it was going to be since I thought it would be a Christmastime release :)

Super excited, but I do wonder why they chose Greninja over the others. On a different note, the Super Smash Bros artwork done for the game by Ken Sugimori was a nice touch. I wonder if there was a character poll or perhaps they got their hands on some starter statistics...

On second thought it's probably that stylish tongue.
