Me too.... I had a senior I liked when I was 10, and unfortunately he's my cousin's friend. Then I never met him when he graduated and I never even talked to him. Then I met him last year at a music competition.

Then in grade 6 then I liked this guy sitting next to me. We were really good friends and I liked him for like 10 months and I had made up my mind to tell him on graduation day but then one of my friends blurted out that I liked him and we've been awkward since today! :((

Your first love is just the first person who makes you fall in love?? Personally I think it doesn't matter whether it's just infatuation or not. It's the first time you feel it so why not call it "first love"? :)

In case you doubt your 'first love' because you fell in love at an "abnormally young" age, I fell in love for the first time when I was 9. It only lasted a couple of months, but I still treasure that memory as my first love.

It's important to consider what you felt at the time, not what you're feeling now! You might feel stupid now for having fallen for a stupid or mean person ten years ago, but what matters is if you were in love and not if you want yourself to have been in love then. You need to stop being ashamed for whatever stupid or weird thing your past self felt... ANd you will probably discover who it was for you! http://www.herinterest.com/7-signs-that-you-are-in-love/

I guess so..... It lasted really short but it's still counted ^_^

Well, I know that I'm in love with a person when I trust them, I put their needs before mine at times, I feel a sense of devotion and protectiveness- like they're mine. But there's also just this warm, euphoric, safe feeling I get when I think about them.

Started out as a good friendship, a lot of trust and understanding was established.

I've known this girl for about 7 years and we are now family friends but in recent years, we have become closer together and I like her and I think she likes me so I might want to kiss her or ask her out very soon.
