Well, it's supposed to let out old sperm so new sperm can be produced, so if you jack off a lot, then you won't get many. I never got one, then again I jack off about once or sometimes twice a day and have since before I was able to cum which was about 12 (I first came when I was 13) so I never have really had problems with wet dreams.
