Does anyone have tips for how to deal with this? I feel like I can't enjoy food at all anymore, I just obsess about the calories and then my body before/after. Lately I've been punishing myself for gaining or overeating by fasting and I'm scared this is going to slide worse and worse. :/

Food is good for you. Your body NEEDS food. If you're worried about taking in too many calories, then exercise more.

Fasting isn’t good for you you need to eat, it’s about eating the right food not the calories, it’s best to eat food that will fill you up and is low in calories, it’s like McDonald’s high in calories but it doesn’t fill you up, vegetables can fill you up and are low in calories

You need food to survive. Not eating can become an addiction, and could be life threatening. Try exercising more, that could help.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Exercising more could help. I do exercise every day in some way usually but tbh not enough.

It's very hard and I understand what you mean. It's one thing to watch what you eat but you can't obsess over it.

Calorie counting, starvation, and then breakdowns and seizing, pangs of conscience for each piece eaten - this is very bad. First, you need to do something very difficult, but possible - to accept yourself in your body, to love your body. The next step is to understand what your body wants, as well as to understand what is the cause of the overeating process. As a rule, this is stress, some kind of experience, changes in life. Overloading at school (or at work) is possible. In general, you need to make friends with your body, you need to understand its needs.
