Worried about Penis size...

I'm 13 years old, turning 14 in May. I'm worried about my penis size, and I do not plan of having anything sex anytime soon, but I guess I just want to feel big and manly. I'm an early bloomer, and most stuff happened already (hair, height, and penis growth etc) but I haven't noticed any penis growth since 11 or 12. It like grew from 10 cm to 13 cm in like a week. So right now I'm stuck with 5.1-5.5 inches long and about 4.5-5 inches in girth. Will it grow? Maybe to 6 inches by the time I fully finish growing? Is it small or average? I'd be happy with a 6 incher. I also worry that I'm done growing at times since most people think I'm 18. :(

Average is 5-6 inches - so you're already there. Most boys finish growing in their late teens or early 20's.
You really have nothing to be worried about.

You realistically should grow until your early 20's. I really wouldn't worry about it, you still have quite a few years ahead of you man!

You have PLENTY time to grow. :) You shouldn't worry because you're at the lower end of the puberty age scale right now.

you're around the 5.5 inch mark so you're not majorly small, don't worry! You still have plenty of time to grow too. Seriously, you will be fine!
