Some people actually don't have wet dreams at all during puberty. I haven't had one yet myself, and it may never happen. You would know if you had a wet dream most likely because the sperm would be on where you sleep and you would most likely wake up after the ejaculation sometimes. :) It's not bad to not have them, and you may never get one! :) Wet dreams are simply simulations of sex.

If you masturbate often, then you won't have them as they're a way for the body to rid itself of excess semen. By jacking often, you're already lowering the amount of semen. If you were to stop for a few weeks then you might get one. Maybe, maybe not

I get them all the time and your lucky because their annoying. They wake you up and are really messy but it feels good. It's just surprising and a little scary to wake up from a dream and then you're like - man now I have to clean this all up. And you have to wipe up the sperm and it can get sticky. Nothing wrong with not having experienced them. As mentioned before, many people don't experience them during puberty. You're obviously still well within the thick of puberty if you're in stage three. Depending on the hormonal fluxes you experience during your years of growth, you may or may not experience them, so I'd not worry too much about whether or not it happens.

What are they like? It's just usually a case of having a dream during sleep and ejaculating without consciously willing it to happen. The dreams may or may not be sexual in nature, although most people experience it associated with dreams that have a sexual tone to them. One of my friends had one while dreaming of sky-diving and I once had one while dreaming of swimming on a beach - so it doesn't have to be while dreaming of anything erotic in nature, certainly.

Sometimes the dreams can be a bit more exciting :rolleyes:
But at the end of the day, if you experience them, you will probably just think of them as a bit of a bother, waking up when it happens with wet underwear/sheets in the night, or with a dry patch in the morning.

I'd just keep it cool and take it day be day, there's not much missing if you don't have them.
