You're only 16 so you have plenty of time to grow. You can't really put an exact date on it, but i would say till about the time you're in your mid 20s you can definitely say your penis will stop growing. :)

I know people who have had growth spurts in their late teens and early 20's. Everyone is different, and hell you may remain 5'5". Its no big deal, just the cards dealt to you.

I don't think your friends are all 7+ inches. A lot of guys add an inch or so when they tell their size.
